The Rockwood School District invites you to submit a bid according to Rockwood School District’s ROCKWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT Crestview Middle School Indoor Pool Deck Replacement Project specifications at one (1) location. Project scope includes removal and replacement of existing concrete pool deck and pool gutter with new.


THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING THURSDAY JUNE 15, 2023 AT 1:00 P.M. at Crestview Middle School, 16025 Clayton Road, Ellisville, MO 63011. ONLY attending Bidders will be permitted to submit a qualifying bid. Plans and specifications will be available by contacting Hoener Associates (Wade Welch 314-781-9855)

Not less than the prevailing hourly wage rates, as determined by the State of Missouri, Division of Labor Standards, shall be paid all workers employed on this project.

PLEASE NOTE: If the district is closed due to inclement weather, the Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting / or the Bids Due date and time will be rescheduled for the next business day when the district is in session
