Description:

The Clayton County Water Authority (CCWA) intends to contract for the annual services of up to two (2) experienced contractors to install cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and complete other material installations associated with sanitary sewer and stormwater sewer piping systems.  CCWA anticipates that the annual value of work to be completed through this contract will be in the range of $2 to $2.5 million dollars. The initial term of this contract will be for twelve (12) months.  The contract may be extended for a second and third 12-month period by mutual written consent by both parties with no changes in terms, conditions and bid prices.

 

Bidders may submit questions regarding this Request for Bid prior to the bid opening. To be considered, all questions must be submitted via email to CCWA_Procurement@ccwa.us no later than by 2:00 p.m. local time on Friday, April 19, 2019. Any and all responses to bidders’ questions will be issued in the form of an addendum by email. All addenda issued shall become part of the bid documents.
