Description:
The
purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify the institution that
can provide Okeechobee County, Florida (the “County”) with a loan in a not to exceed
amount of $55,000,000 (the "Loan") at the lowest overall borrowing
cost, pursuant to certain conditions. The proceeds of the Loan will be used to
provide financing for the construction, expansion, and renovation of County Jail
and the Sheriff's Administration Office.
