Description:

The Pierce County Board of Commissioners (County) are seeking proposals from qualified and appropriately licensed contractors to sell timber, clear, grub, and incorporate Best Management Practices (BMP) measures to control storm water runoff and soil erosion for +/- 32.50 acres of property located in the City of Blackshear and the unincorporated area of Pierce County. The County intends to enter into contract with the selected Respondent within thirty days of a Notice of Award. Should there be reasons why the contract cannot be awarded within the specified period, the time may be extended by mutual agreement between the County and the selected Respondent.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 10/23/2019 10:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on October 23, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST in the Board of Commissioners Conference Room located at 312 Nichols Street, Blackshear, GA 31516. A site inspection will be conducted immediately following this meeting. Any Contractor intending to attend this meeting must have their representatives present by the start of the meeting at 10:00 AM.
