Description: City of Athens, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a general contractor and/or landscape contractor to provide construction related to development of a city-wide beautification improvements. The project includes, but not limited to the following: Site demolition of existing plant material, finish grading for planting area preparation, masonry pilasters, ornamental aluminum fencing, landscaping improvements and 1-Year Maintenance agreement. Landscape contractor will be required to coordinate final planting plans with proposed parking lot improvements and building renovations by others. Field verify plant removal and location of all plantings before installation.
