Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Mandatory Bidder’s Conference. The District will conduct a ONE-TIME ONLY MANDATORY IN-PERSON CONFERENCE to be held at 2336 Plaza Del Amo, Torrance, CA 90501 (Purchasing Department Conference Room located in long gray building). Failure to attend and sign-in will render such Bid to be non-responsive. Any Contractor bidding on the project who fails to attend the entire mandatory conference will be deemed a non-responsive bidder and will have its bid returned unopened. Allocate extra time due to parking restrictions in the area.
