Overview: Lindbergh Schools currently has multiple vendors providing photography services throughout our district. The scope of work listed in the RFP is a compilation of services we currently receive in our district. It does not reflect what is consistently done throughout the district. If there is a service you do not provide, simply state that in your bid submission. If your company offers additional services that are not listed within the bid add the list of those services as an addendum.

Question: Under Scope of Work - 7) Directories/class composite (2 physical copies and digital photos to site) To clarify, requesting two copies of: (i) all school directory; and (ii) each class composite 8) Student photo collage sample/example? Is this offered to sale to students? 13) Picture packets are to be sent home with the students on a prepaid basis. Is it the option to deliver to school on pre-order basis, and mail to home for late/second sale orders? Or, must everything be shipped to home? 14) Student ID cards issued to with scanning capability Laminated or PVC? Single or dual-sided? Digital version for SIS upload also needed? 16) Image Stream access to school photos. Please describe "Image Stream". 18) Photo editing services - please elaborate as to what is entailed Elementary Yearbooks Section: 8) Free shipping of yearbooks - Would like to clarify that this is to the school (i.e. not to each student's home). For a more accurate and helpful qoute, when are yearbooks currently distributed? What is the average number of pages per E.S.? Are they soft yearbooks with custom cover, saddle-stitch (i.e. what we typically see with schools of this size)? Senior Portraits Section: How many seniors currently (approx.)? Is there the ability to offer a winter session for cap n' gown separately? Underclass Section: 1.) ID printer - what brand is currently being used? Like or dislikes about current machine? 2.) One complete set of ID's for all current students and incoming freshman by the first week of August - Are these temporary IDs without photos? Proposal and Evaluation Section Is it acceptable to include links to our work examples for some larger file size items, such as yearbook examples? Is the current vendor's package pricing structure available (for underclass, seniors &/or sports)? We would like to offer similar units to help with an 'apples to apples' comparison, in addition to what families are used to. Does the District receive rebates for photography from its vendor? If so, what percentage or price per package? We thank you in advance.

Question: Can you clarify the details of the product in Scope of Work # 8 – Student Photo Collage? How is this used?

Response: This is not currently offered to all our schools. Our schools that currently receive this photo display the photo in a common area. It is not offered to students for purchase.

Question: Under Secondary Services, the questions numbers are 1-9 and then repeat with 1-8, is the second set of questions (questions 1-8) also for Secondary Services only?

Response: Questions 1-8 are for Underclassmen Portraits & Services.

Question 7

Question: Can you clarify in GEN-22 what paperwork the vendor must have on file? (If it is just the background check through the state, which the school gets the results directly for, will the vendor receive a copy as well)

Response: Vendors will be responsible for making sure the District is provided with necessary paperwork, even when the information comes from a third party vendor.
