Description: RFQ-Request For Qualifications to qualify Contractors for a Metal Roofing Panel Recover roofing construction over Sub-Purlin System project at designated roof areas of T.L. Hanna High School, requiring the installation of a new sub-purlin system, and other miscellaneous preparations required for the application of new fiberglass batt insulation, standing seam metal roofing, metal and resin flashings over approximately 22,429 SF of existing standing seam metal roof panels, which cover portions of the original building constructed in 1992 (Gymnasium), and portions building additions (600 & 800 Hallways) built about 2003..

Send Qualifications, Background, Experience and References on Metal Roofing Panel Recover roofing construction over Sub-Purlin System; and experience with like contracts, work for School Districts, etc., for evaluation to compete on Roofing Work. Each Contractor to be considered for this project must complete the AIA Document A305 - 1986 Contractor's Qualification Statement (to be provided as indicated below) with their response. 

The criteria to be used to evaluate responses will be:  Experience, Location, References, Financial Stability and Credentials, listed in order of importance.
