Description: PROJECT: Roof Repairs/Soffit LOCATION: 517 Tennessee Avenue – Etowah Post Office The City of Etowah, TN is currently soliciting bids for the repair of weather-related damage to the Post Office roof. The scope of the project is as follows: 1) Repair damage to south gable overhang. Remove damaged soffit, replace it with matching double 6” aluminum vented and solid soffit. 2) Repair damaged and loose soffit panels on the east eave. Replace damaged / loose soffit panels with matching double 6” aluminum vented soffit. 3) Repair damaged / missing soffit on the west eave. Replace damaged / missing soffit panels with matching double 6” aluminum vented soffit. 4) Repair damaged / missing rake edge fascia on south roof gable. Replace damaged / missing rake edge fascia. For review of this project, and access to the bid packets there will be a site walk-thru scheduled on Tuesday, May 16, 2017 from 9 am until 10 am. Sealed Bids should be submitted to Etowah City Hall (723 Ohio Avenue, Etowah TN 37331) no later than the close of Business on Friday, May 26, 2017. All Bids must contain the following information: A.
