• Torrance Unified School District is requesting sealed bids from licensed Contractors to demolish, abate and properly dispose of approximately 21,622 SF of flooring in the Library Building at West High School.  Bid Proposals shall be all-inclusive, including all materials, travel, reproduction, administrative, sub-consultants, sub-contracting, and any and all other overhead costs.  

---  Project Estimate - $75,000

• Contractor shall possess the following California CSLB licensing classifications:  B with Asbestos Certification or C22 – Abatement. 

• A mandatory job walk will be conducted on Tuesday, 10/22/19 at 9:00 am beginning in the District Purchasing offices- see Notice to Contractors for meeting details.

*** Prequalification - All Contractors submitting a bid must complete the District prequalification package through PQBids website: https://pqbids.com/Torrance-usd/  no later than ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening.
