Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to define the City's minimum requirements, solicit Proposals, and gain adequate
information by which the City may evaluate the services offered by Proposers.
The City of Germantown, Tennessee, located approximately fifteen miles east of Memphis, Tennessee hereinafter referred to as the City,
intends to secure a Contract for professional services for the development of the City of Germantown Comprehensive Plan (referred to as
“the Project”).

set the direction for the city’s growth and development in the coming decades. Developing a Comprehensive Plan will assist the City
of Germantown in maintaining its reputation as a great place to live, work, and play and provide the necessary guidance for the City’s
leaders. The selected consultant will lead the planning process, including the stakeholder and community engagement, and develop
project deliverables with the oversight from the city’s Economic and Community Development Department, with the key point person
being the Planning Division Manager.
