Description:

The El Monte Union High School District will receive proposals in response to the following project:

RFP No. EMUHSD E-RATE 2021-2022(P16) PART 2 – CATEGORY 2 SERVICES (NETWORK EQUIPMENT)

The District intends to enter into a thirty-six (36) month service agreement with the Respondent whose proposal is the best and most responsive / responsible proposal meeting the needs of the District as determined by the District.

The District has partnered with VendorRegistry to manage its vendor registration process. Prospective Respondents shall register their company on VendorRegistry at https://vrapp.vendorregistry.com/Vendor/Register/Index/el-monte-union-high-school-dist-ca-vendor-registration. Registration IS a condition for submitting a proposal.

RFI Deadline: Thursday, December 7, 2021, at 12:00p.m. (Local Time)

Questions and clarifications must be received by December 7, 2021, at 12:00p.m. (Local Time), and via email only to erate@emuhsd.org or the VendorRegistry website. Responses to questions will be posted to the USAC website, the VendorRegistry website and the District’s Purchasing webpage. No phone calls will be accepted.
