hot-mix asphalt binder and surface course(s); parkway restoration; and other
appurtenant work for a total distance of 0.8 miles on Lincoln Terrace, Rosewood
Avenue, Hiawatha Drive, and Melinda Lane in the Village of Buffalo Grove.
