Description:

Dawson County Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners, is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed bids from qualified vendors who specialize in providing body repairs to its fleet inventory.

There will not be a pre-bid meeting held for this IFB.

Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org or faxed to 706-531-2728 by 1:00 p.m., on February 12, 2019.  All answers will be posted to website no later than February 13, 2019, by 3:00 PM, EST. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner.

Sealed bids may be delivered to 25 Justice Way, Suite 2223, Dawsonville, GA 30534 until 10:30AM, on February 20, 2019. The outside of the shipping container/envelope must be marked with the appropriate bid number and title. Immediately following the deadline the names and bid prices of bidders will be recorded and read in the Administration Training Room at the above address.

The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
