Description: Germantown Public Works has previously contracted with Caldwell Tanks and Ferrell Paving in Bid Package 1 and 2 to clear the site, prepare the water tower water piping and control systems, the extensive foundation and build the 500,000-gallon elevated water tower. These construction contracts are ongoing. This project, also known as Bid Package 3, is to prepare the site for intended purpose use and incorporation into the under construction Wilder Farms Subdivision. The purpose of this project is to provide the concrete pavements, the restroom (including sewer and water supply) and storage buildings, needed electric supply and systems, the internal and external grading and vegetation stabilization, black vinyl coated chain link security fence, brick fencing, gate, concrete curbing, driveway apron, stormwater systems, lighting, public education and identification panels , and internal and external landscaping including irrigation systems. All work will be in conjunction with the subdivision construction and the Bid Package 1 and 2 contractors.
