Description: Dawson County Board of Commissioners on behalf of the Dawson County Parks/Recreation and Senior Center is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed responses from qualified vendors to provide the materials and installation for a LED Message Board for Veterans Memorial Park/Senior Center. There will not be a pre-bid conference meeting for this solicitation. Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org or faxed to 706-531-2728 before 1:00 p.m., May 12, 2017. All answers will be posted to website no later than by 3:00PM, EST on, May 16, 2017. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner. The Dawson County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities or irregularities and to award the bid based on the highest and best interests of Dawson County.
