Description: The Town of Brunson is soliciting sealed and competitive bids from qualified contractors to make improvements to the town-owned park at the Brunson Town Hall, 686 North Railroad Avenue, Brunson, South Carolina 29911 on Friday, December 1, 2023, at 2:30PM, then at said office to be publicly opened and read aloud. The improvements will make the park inclusive to all users. The existing park is located at 483 North Broad Road in the Town of Brunson, SC. The scope of work for this project will consist of installing sidewalk, landscaping and lighting for the Town of Brunson Park Improvements Project – CDBG #4-SP-21-002. Plans will be provided by the Town of Brunson. Other work will be in 2 other separate bids: (1) basketball court upgrades and (2) playground equipment.
