Description: The Springfield Police Department is sealed bids for the following:
3 YEAR CONTRACT FOR UNIFORMS AND ACCESSORIES
The 3-year contract will run from September 1, 2022 through September 1, 2025. A
2-year extension option is available if both parties are in agreement which would extend contract through September 1, 2027. When items are ordered from the contract winner, the orders are expected to arrive at the police department no later than 1 month from the date of order. If circumstances arise that this time frame will be exceeded, a notification is to be made to the police department for explanation.
Bidders will furnish sample clothing for examination by the police department either one week prior or one week after the bid opening date if requested by the police department.
All embroidery work shall be done in house. All uniforms shall be FOB Springfield Police Department, 802 Willow Street, Springfield, TN 37172.
