Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids for the Whiting Field Aviation Park Construction Project as indicated within the bid package. Only qualified and properly licensed, bonded and insured general contractors are invited to bid.


This project involves constructing 78 acres (Phase I) of a planned 240 acre commercial/industrial park adjacent to Naval Air Station Whiting Field (NASWF). An anchor tenant has been identified and Santa Rosa County is looking to begin construction to accommodate the tenant. Earthwork, roadway and drainage construction including significant utility work is included in the scope of work.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-solicitation meeting.A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on February 10, 2020 at 9:00 A.M. at the Santa Rosa County Economic Development conference room located at 6491 Caroline Street, Suite 4, Milton, Florida 32570. All interested parties are invited to attend. Only those businesses represented at this meeting may participate in the bid.
