Description: The Sheriff of Brevard County will be accepting sealed written Proposals from all qualified and interested parties desirous of providing materials and labor to replace the Exterior 1000-Amp Service Entrance Main Switchgear Distribution Control Cabinet and Related Components located at the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Facility in Rockledge, Florida. All interested parties can access the RFP documents via the Internet at https://www.demandstar.com or https://www.vendorregistry.com or by contacting the Central Logistics Unit, Purchasing Department at (321) 690-1500 x55109 or email to nilsa.andres@bcso.us.

Any contact by Bidders or potential Bidders with any other Brevard County Sheriff’s Office personnel to gain further information, clarification, or documentation concerning this RFP is strictly prohibited. All formal sealed Proposal responses must be received by the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, Central Logistics Unit, 160 Doler Lane, FL 32927 no later than the formal Proposal opening date of May 4, 2023 at 1:00 PM. The Proposal openings will be held in the Central Logistics Unit, 160 Doler Lane, Cocoa, FL 32927. The Central Logistics Unit will be the office of record for all transactions pertaining to this RFP. The Brevard County Sheriff’s Office will not be responsible for late or non-delivery of mail. All RFPs are considered public record

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Mandatory Vendor Conference: There will be a mandatory vendor conference at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at the job site located at the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations facility, 340 Gus Hipp Blvd, Rockledge, Florida. To attend this meeting, interested bidders must submit a completed and signed Appendix A by the April 13, 2023 deadline.
