Description: Sealed bids will be accepted for the purchase of up to 350 tons of standard rock salt, treated to prevent caking. Said bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 13, 2017, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time. Sealed bids will be accepted at Edgerton City Hall located at: City of Edgerton 12 Albion St Edgerton, WI 53534 Bids must be submitted on bid forms provided by the City of Edgerton. Bids must be returned in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Salt Bids”. Bid packets are available at the City of Edgerton’s website www.cityofedgerton.com or can be emailed by calling 608-884-3341. Proposals shall not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of opening. The City of Edgerton reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals and to waive any informalities therein.
