Description:
To furnish all labor and materials for the
pressure washing and cleaning of the exterior part of the Darlington County
Courthouse. The exterior is defined as
the arches of the portico area at ground level and the brick façade up to the
fifth floor were the concrete begins and wraps around the top of the building. Contractor
will also clean windows from 2nd floor to the fifth floor. Contractor
shall not use a pressure washer on any windows.
