Description: Proposals for voluntary benefits for City employees regarding the following services: Vision, Accident, Critical Illness and Additional Life Insurance will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, Quincy City Hall, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, October 27, 2022.
Inquiries concerning this request for proposals may be made to the Purchasing Department, City Hall, 730 Maine, Quincy, IL 62301 or by phone at 217-228-4502.
The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all proposals. The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous proposal for the City.
