Description: CFX is seeking multiple contractors to perform sign, signal, lighting, and ITS task orders under $300,000, and lighting task orders under $75,000, as amended per Florida Statutes § 255.20(2). The adjusted task-order limit amount for calendar year 2024 for sign, signal, and ITS task orders and lighting task orders is $519,303.01 and $129.825.75, respectively. The task order limit amount will be automatically adjusted for task commencing in subsequent years as per Florida Statutes §255.20(2).

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 22, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the CFX office at the address shown above. Interested parties may attend either in person or virtually by utilizing the link in the bid documents or phone number and conference id. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss requirements of the project in an open forum. Although not mandatory, attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly recommended.
