Description: ABI is seeking an engineering consultant to conduct a feasibility study for the trail alignments the northwest quadrant. The consultant will investigate alignment alterternatives adjacent to the CSX and Norfolk Southern rail corridors, as well as separate alignments not adjacent to the corridors. The consultant will need experience with database development, alignment alternatives development, etc.
