Description: The Rockdale County Board of Commissioners is soliciting sealed bids to furnish all labor, material, and equipment for Tennis Court Resurfacing and Crack Repair in Rockdale County. A MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, June 22, 2015, at 10:00 a.m., local time at the Rockdale Tennis Center, 1370 Parker Road SE Conyers, GA 30012. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid to Tina Malone at: tina.malone@rockdalecounty.org no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, June 25, 2015. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this Bid must be submitted in writing and forwarded to the Department of Finance at the above address or by email. It shall be the Bidders responsibility to seek clarification as early as possible prior to the due date and time. Bids Submittals are due no later than 2:00 P.M., local time, Thursday, July 2, 2015, at the Department of Finance, 958 Milstead Avenue, Conyers, Georgia 30012. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location. Rockdale County reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
