Description: The Winchester Fire Department is accepting sealed bids on a rescue jack stabilization and lifting system.  Bids should be addressed to Winchester Fire Department, 135 1st Ave NW, Winchester, TN 37398 sealed and marked "rescue jack bids".  Specifications may be picked up between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm at Winchester City Hall.  For questions please call Chief Gary Greeson at (931) 967-2267 Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.   Bid opening will take place on January 3, 2019 at 2:05 pm (central time) at Winchester City Hall, 7 South High Street, Winchester, TN 37398
