Description: The City of Lakeland, an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer, seeks to retain the services of a professional consultant engineering firm to provide Preliminary Engineering (NEPA), Design, and Right of Way services related to the Seed Tick Road Roundabout in Lakeland, TN. This project can generally be described as the construction of a single lane roundabout to replace the 4-way stop controlled intersection of Seed Tick Toad and Memphis Arlington Road. Work with this project includes an addition of a single lane roundabout and some landscaping around the roundabout.
