The Springfield Electric Department will be accepting sealed bids for the 2020-2021 Janitorial Contract.  Specifications and bid documents may be downloaded at www.springfieldtn.gov.  Bidders are strongly encouraged to call 615-384-6770 to arrange a tour of the property with a representative of the department before submitting a quote.  Experience with VCT Floors, stripping, buffing and waxing preferred but not required.  Please reference Bid Number 1146 on the outside of the sealed envelope.  Sealed bids must be received in the Office of the City Recorder, 405 North Main Street, Springfield, TN 37172 by 2:00 PM local time, Tuesday, November 3, 2020.

 

The City of Springfield reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
