Sealed bids for the sale of real properties located at 1920 Reynolds Avenue, 0 Fassitt Road and 8100 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston will be received by the City of North Charleston Procurement Department until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at North Charleston City Hall Lane, 3^rd Floor, Buist Conference Room, North Charleston, SC 29406 at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

There will be “Open House/Site Visits” for each property as follows:

         1920 Reynolds Ave. - February 16, 2021, 10 to 1 and March 9, 2021, 1 to 3:00

        0 Fassitt Road – February 17, 2021 1:30 to 3:30 and March 10, 2021, 10 to 1:00

        8100 Rivers Ave. – February 18, 2021 10 to 1 and March 11, 2021 1:30 to 3:30
