Description: The Grandview C-4 School District is accepting bids for multiple ROOFING PROJECTS throughout the District including Grandview High School, High Grove Early Childhood Center, and the CAIR / Conn-West Complex. Bidders will be able to bid all project sites as independent projects. Bid documents may be obtained from Drexel Technologies, Inc. (http://planroom.drexeltech.com) starting Tuesday, November 1, 2022. A MANDATORY pre-bid conference & project walk-thru will be held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at 3:00 p.m. starting at the North Entrance to Grandview High School at 2300 High Grove Road then moving to all other locations. The pre-bid tour is estimated to take two hours to complete. Bids will be opened publicly on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. at 13015 10th Street, Grandview, MO 64030. Pre-Bid & Bid attendees are limited to two people from each party. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to access the project roofs prior to bidding.
