Overview: Please review the following. As a reminder Grant County will not accept proposals via email or fax, please review RFP for specifications. The RFP references a “special committee”. Has a special committee already been established? If yes, who is on the special committee? Is it only made up of County representatives, or are GRMC executives, Board members and physicians also included in the committee? The Committee has not been selected yet. 2. Could you please confirm that GRMC is not staffed with Quorum employees, particularly at the executive level? It appears that the agreement with Quorum is merely for minimal consulting services and access to GPOs. To our knowledge, GRMC does not employ Quorum employees.
