The objective of the catering service provider will be to provide in-house Contractor for food services at the Sgt. Willie Estrada Memorial Civic Center in an efficient and cost effective manner. In an effort to ensure the most efficient and economical service, City of Alamogordo utilizes a Request for Proposals (RFP) process to procure the specified services, including all supervision, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, and other items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the RFP documents.
