The Village of Addison is seeking bids for mowing and landscaping maintenance services throughout the Village. This work shall include weekly, bi- monthly and monthly mowing areas, horticultural maintenance, and miscellaneous work items. The term of contract shall be for one year, with the ability to extend the contract for two additional one year periods, based on adequate performance and a negotiated cost escalator.
