Overview: In accordance with the above referenced solicitation documents and Section 119.071 Florida Statutes, Highlands County is providing notice of cancellation and rejection of all bids associated with this solicitation. It is the County’s intent to reissue the competitive solicitation for this project; as such, pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 119.071, all bids rejected hereby remain exempt from disclosure as a public record until such time as the County provides its notice of intended decision concerning the reissued solicitation.
