Description: The Oconee County Board of Commissioners (OCBOC) are requesting sealed proposals be delivered to the Purchasing Officer in Suite 206 of the Finance Department, 23 N. Main Street, Watkinsville, GA 30677 until 2:30 PM on Thursday, October 8, 2015. Oconee County seeks to obtain competitive proposals from contractors to renovate the existing paved trail at Bogart Sports Complex. At that time, date, and place given above, in Suite 205, the sealed proposals will be publicly opened and only the names of the respondents will be read aloud. The RFP documents and forms can be obtained from the Office of the Purchasing Officer or Vendor Registry through the Oconee County Website at www.oconeecounty.com. No bonds are required for this RFP. Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory pre-conference meeting will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at the Bogart Sports Complex, located at 200 S. Burson Avenue, Bogart, Georgia 30622. All interested parties are required to attend. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential Offerors an opportunity to present questions to staff and obtain clarification of the requirements of the proposal document. Because Oconee County considers such a conference to be critical to understanding the proposal requirements, attendance at the pre-conference meeting is mandatory to qualify as an Offeror. Minutes of the conference will be published as an addendum and posted on Vendor Registry through the Oconee County Website at www.oconeecounty.com.
