PURPOSE:
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors for the design, materials, installation and maintenance of seasonal lighting and decorations for downtown Fort Walton Beach, including areas along Miracle Strip Parkway SE (US Hwy 98) and Eglin Parkway SE (SR Hwy 85).
