Description: GENERAL SCOPE:
1. The purpose of the Request for Bid (RFB) is to replace finishes in various areas and classroom at
Heritage Intermediate School, Located at 601 North Carr Street and Heritage Primary School
located at 612 Blumhoff Avenue, Wentzville MO 63385. The "work" shall be completed under
the supervision of a General Contractor or a company acting as the General Contractor for the
purposes of coordination and supervising the various disciplines work as submitting the required
documents.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting.There will NOT be a mandatory Pre‐Bid Conference for this project, however, the District will provide access to the building and work areas on Thursday March 24, 2022 from 2:00 PM until 3:30 PM as a Walk‐Thru. Bidders are encouraged to use this time to examine and review the locations and scope of work.
