Question: Hello, how do we attach notice of our certificate of insurance. Should that document be included in the bid?

Response: Proposal Question #2 how do we attach notice of our certificate of insurance. Should that document be included in the bid. In accordance with page 9, paragraph 22 of the RFP, only the successful proposer will be required to provide insurance. That will happen during the contracting phase.

Question: 1. Please advise of the number of internal users needed for the software portal for grants activity within the City of Goldsboro. 2. Can a video be included in the proposal? 3. Will you be using the software as a public facing application for subrecipients to apply for funds or programs and report their accomplishments/beneficiary data, etc. or will grantees apply for a one-time grant or both? 4. What programs are you interested in managing in the GMS system? 5. Are you in need of any existing/active grants/loans or case data migrated? If so, please disclose the number of records and what type of records for the pricing quote? 6. Please provide how many applications are needed for each of the grants that are distributed within the City, so we can accurately provide pricing and whether they are internal facing or public-facing applications? 7. Please provide more detail on your internal and external grant review scoring process and how many grants that have an external scoring process with users not within the department or the City of Goldsboro?

Please advise of the number of internal users needed for the software portal for grants activity within the City of Goldsboro. 5: 3 CR&D staff, 2 Finance, and QUESTION: Scott, should 1 person from IT has access? Total of 6 users within the City. 2. Can a video be included in the proposal? There are size limitations to the submittals on the site. The managers explained that if a vendor wished to provide a video, they should submit the video first, then submit their package. 3. Will you be using the software as a public facing application for subrecipients to apply for funds or programs and report their accomplishments/beneficiary data, etc. or will grantees apply for a one-time grant or both? If there is an opportunity for migration, it may possibly be reviewed with the successful proposer. 6.
