Description: The TERREBONNE PARISH SCHOOL DISTRICT (TPSD) is seeking proposals for Wide Area Network (WAN) services for E‐Rate Funding Year 2018‐2019. The District has school and operational facilities including the District Data Center that is currently connected by a fully managed private WAN via fiber. The District will consider a multi-year contract for three (3) years with two (2) one-year voluntary extensions. The contract shall begin on July 1, 2018. However, alternate proposals of shorter or longer durations will be considered but only if submitted with the required three (3) year and voluntary extension plan. Sealed proposals should be delivered to the TPSD Purchasing Department. Proposals must be received no later than Wednesday, December 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m.
