Question: They don’t make a 60# silk and also the 80# is a satin which is the same as silk. Would that be ok or would you want a gloss and how many are you looking to have completed? Lastly do you have all the addresses on a spreadsheet in cells separating the names and addresses?
Response: Quotes for Silk and Satin are welcome! We do not know the number we need to be completed. We are hoping our vendor is able to determine which/how many households we have in boundaries using their contacts and resources (possibly through the St. Charles County government).

Question: Do you have a list of the postal codes within the district's boundaries? Also, will this be mailed using your postage permit and if so, would it be a presort std or non-profit permit?
Response: We have households in Dardenne Prairie, Foristell, New Melle, Lake Saint Louis, O'Fallon, and Wentzville. I believe it is the following zip codes: - 63385 - 63367 - Parts of 63366 - Parts of 63368 - Parts of 63348 - Possibly parts of 63390 - Parts of 63365 We are interested in a vendor who can firm up our mailing list for us.

Response: Yes, 4-color all pages with bleeds. Final size 8.5 x 11.

Question: Is this annual report printed 4 color process throughout? Also, does the school district have their own mailing permit or will we be using ours. Will the mailing be sent out first class pre-sort or Pre-sort standard.
Response: Yes, 4-color all pages. I do not believe we have a mailing permit, so we would use our vendors. We would use standard.

Question: can you give us an estimate on quantity? Also, when you say, "we are interested in a vendor who can firm up our mailing list for us", what do you mean by that?
Response: This is the first districtwide mailing we have done in years, so we do not have an accurate estimate of how many households. We have our school boundary locator map on our website, but we need our vendor to work with St. Charles County (or other resources) to get the mailing list.
