Description:

The principal features of the Project are:

To provide all labor, materials and equipment to construct the Placid Lakes Sidewalk Improvements ADA Transition Plan project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work consists of, but not limited to, the removal of existing concrete sidewalk, adding new concrete sidewalk, installation of detectable warning surfaces, milling and resurfacing of existing side road approaches, striping, and installation of sod within the rights-of-way of Placid Lakes Boulevard as depicted in Exhibit A. Maintenance of traffic will be the responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall have seventy-five (75) calendar days to complete the Project after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed to run.
