Sealed competitive bids will be received in the office of the City Clerk, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 11:00 o’clock a.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2020 for the purpose of purchasing a new UTV for the Quincy Regional Airport.
The City of Quincy reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any and all bids. The City of Quincy reserves the right to accept the most advantageous bid for the City.
