Question: Page 2, section 2 Under Scope of Work (The vendor must provide adequate personnel, equipment, and supplies to provide maintenance services once a month for each of the following locations.) Can you clarify what the expectations are for the once-a-month maintenance service?
Response: To provide PM services and filter change on HVAC units to the 31 County buildings.

Question: Is the intent under the scope of work for monthly maintenance, for the mechanical contractor providing services to conduct monthly maintenance inspections on the equipment per manufacturers specifications? Or is the intent to conduct quarterly maintenance on the equipment with monthly filter changes for all of the facilities/sites?
Response: It is the County's intent for an HVAC contractor to provide standard, after hours, and weekend rates and conduct quarterly maintenance and filter changes.
