Question: Item 60 on page 20 references an insurance form - is this something separate from a certificate of insurance, summarizing the Company's types of insurance and its respective limits?
Response: It is the certificate of insurance meeting the City of Conroe limits required in the bid

Question: Please provide a specific timeframe for the submission of estimates following vehicle receipt as outlined in Coordination of Activities, pg. 13.
Response: It would depend on the severity of the quote needed. We would expect a response in a timely fashion but respect the fact that every request is different, and some may take longer than others to diagnose and prepare the quote.

Question: Section 8 of the contract states "no price changes will be honored during the course of the contract," while the 1st paragraph on page 13 allows for price increases of up to 3% with each renewal. Please clarify the allowable price adjustment process.
Response: There are no price changes allowed for the first year of the contract. At renewal time we will consider any price increase requests at that time, not to exceed 3%.

Question: Does the bid require mandatory participation in all service categories, including semi-annual maintenance? If not, may our company submit a "No Bid" excluding this service category, and bid annual maintenance only?
Response: Yes you may submit a NB on items you do not do.
