Question: In the bid document it states, "Only the bid form spreadsheet should be loaded on Vendor Registry, no other supplemental information should be submitted." We will be submitting page 4 (BIDDERS SIGNATURE AUTHORIZATION AND REFERENCES FORM), and a then a few of our supplemental documents such as our Delivery Policy and Cover Letter. Could we upload this documents to Vendor Registry or is there an alternate way you would like us to submit these documents?
