Question: Task 1 of the scope of work lists potential work including “provide the County with recommendations for the timing and amount of bond issuances based upon the Program Financial Plan.” Please confirm that the County is not intending for the selected firm to “provides advice… with respect to municipal financial products or the issuance of municipal securities, including advice with respect to the structure, timing, terms, and other similar matters concerning such financial products or issue” as these types of services would require the support of a registered municipal advisor.

Recognizing the magnitude of information requested and the proximity to the holidays, is the County willing to extend the timeline to a later date? 2. Under Task 1, the RFQ specifically notes the County’s existing project management platform used to track the status, schedule, and expenditures of each project under development by the Program. Does the County currently have a platform in place to track construction related submittals, materials management, tracking of quantities, etc. and if not, what are the expectations of the program manager under Task 5 regarding implementation of a system to monitor construction related items?
