Atlanta BeltLine, Inc.
(ABI) is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified firms to implement
the Phase II construction of the Northeast Trail running from Mayson Street, NE
to the cul-de-sac of Westminster Drive, NE within Piedmont Park in Atlanta.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 11/16/2021 1:00 PM
Pre-Bid Meeting Details: Please sign up if you plan to attend the pre-bid meeting.A site visit and pre-bid meeting will be held in person at 1544 Piedmont Avenue, N.E. Atlanta, Georgia 30234 on Tuesday, November 16, 2021, at 1:00 PM, (EST). Attendance and prompt arrival is strongly encouraged. Bidders are encouraged to park in the rear parking lot near Publix Supermarket at Ansley Mall (1544 Piedmont Avenue, N.E, Atlanta, Georgia 30234). ABI representative will meet in the rear parking lot for the sign-in and pre-bid meeting before walking the site nearby. The expected timeframe for the site visit is (1) hour with expectation to view and walk (2) sites. Please prepare to practice safe COVID protocols, wear comfortable shoes and clothing for walking during the site visit.

Response: Yes. An addendum will be posted in VR that will include the construction plans, specifications, and schedule of values once available. Addendum #1 is now posted in Vendor Registry.

Question: Does this ITB include Construction Materials Testing under the contractor? If not, how will ABI retain this service?

Question: Who is retaining CMT services? At the site walk, it was eluded that ABI will contract this separately. Is there a separate solicitation being issued for CMT services?
Response: ABI will utilize contracted CMT services. There is not a separate solicitation being issued at this time for CMT Services.
