The Broward County Housing Authority is seeking proposals for the development of comprehensive compensation (wage/salary) and classification study of its current employees as outlined in the below Scope of Services.
The overall goal of the Scope of Services is for proposer to make recommendations and provide strategies to meet the following four objectives:
1. Provide internal equity.
2. Be competitive in the marketplace.
3. Propose appropriate salary range for each exisiting and proposed position based on the job classification schedule, the salary schedule, and internal relationship equity.
4. Identify the best plan of implementation for the recommended changes.
