Description: Provide all labor and material for a new roofing system at the Meigs County Sheriff's Office. Option 1 remove current gravel roof down to insulation and install new insulation and TPO membrane rubber roof. Option 2 Install 1/2" wood fiber insulation over existing roof, attach TPO membrane rubber roof over the wood fiber insulation, flash all edges and install any new metal edges needed. All bidders must provide proof of insurance and licensing. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Meigs County Sheriff's Office 410 River Road Decatur, TN 37322 Pre-bid meeting is for the purpose of answering questions bidders may have and to consider any suggestions bidders may wish to make concerning the project.
